This class will be a mixture of weights and cardio with emphasis on keeping the heart rate up and getting the most out of each session!
Weigh in before each class.
Class number limited to 6 per hr.
Class €10 per session.
Pre book is essential.
Train leaves Monday 9th September 8-9p.m
