Group PT sessions are 1hr sessions specific to the individual. The session is done as a group of individuals doing individual workouts unlike our general class sessions where everyone is doing the same exercises. If a client wants weigh in and measurements taken this is also part of the service but this is optional and totally down to each person themselves.
Aimed at helping you to increase your knowledge of exercises and designed to challenge you and to keep you focused on your goal. This is a very popular choice among our client base and has achieved some excellent results over the years.
Some clients use this service as their pre season training or as rehabilitation from injury. People that are a little shy about being in bigger groups and people that are not comfortable or confident in using the gym and want to gain knowledge.
Our flexible hours on this make it a great choice for those people that work shift our have family and work commitments that make it difficult to do our general group sessions.
