This class has a couple of forms , Mondays and Saturdays aimed at the beginner to intermediate with higher rep ranges and an introduction into using the gym equipment which will help get you comfortable with using the gym itself without using classes.
Wednesdays have an eye focused on the intermediate to advanced bracket with heavier lifts and smaller repetition ranges aimed at strength and power building. Ideal for people that want to gain knowledge about weight training and techniques before they start to use the gym.
Oh and no , you will not out up with huge muscles and look like a body builder girls you will prob end up stronger and maybe even smaller.
